If you're coloring with your crayons
and a boy comes up and says,
"You're a piece of trash!"
Would you believe him?

If you lose a big competition
and your mother says,
“You did a good job!”
Would you believe her?

If you're walking down the street
and a creepy old man says,
“Santa Claus is comin’ to town!"

Would you believe him?

This isn't religion,

nor is it rumor.

It all comes down

to one simple word.

Whether you're young or old

or feeling down or bold,

it all comes down to what you

believe.
